Your deposit secures your place on the trip and is applied toward your total trip cost.
If you need to cancel your booking, the amount you may receive as a refund or travel credit will depend on how far in advance you cancel.
You will receive a refund of all payments
made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
Instead of a refund, all payments
made (including amounts paid after the deposit) may be transferred as a credit
toward another JustRioba Tours trip, subject to availability.
Your payments may still be transferred
to a future JustRioba Tours trip; however, a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the
total trip price will be deducted before the remaining balance is issued as travel
credit.
No refunds or travel credits will be issued
unless otherwise stated in writing by JustRioba Tours or where required by
applicable law.
Travel credits are non-transferable to another traveler and must be used within the
validity period communicated by JustRioba Tours. Any price difference between the
original booking and the new trip will be payable by the traveler.
JustRioba Tours reserves the right to amend this policy where necessary and will
communicate any changes before accepting new bookings.
