Itinerary
1st August Arrival in Rio de Janeiro Arrive in Rio de Janeiro, transfer to the hotel and check in. Take the rest of the day to rest, settle in and meet the group.
2nd August - Free Day in Rio after the long flight, explore Rio at your own pace or take part in any optional activities to be recommended.
3rd August - Start the day with an early visit to Christ the Redeemer through Tijuca Forest, followed by the Sugarloaf Mountain cable car experience.
4th August - Spend the morning exploring Rio’s Little Africa on a guided tour. Learn about the area’s history and culture before enjoying a free afternoon to relax or explore the city.
5th August - Fly from Rio de Janeiro to Cusco. Check in at the hotel and have the rest of the day to settle in and rest.
6th August - Enjoy a relaxed morning before joining a guided afternoon tour of Cusco. Explore the city’s main historical and cultural sites and get to know the former Inca capital.
7th August - Cusco to Aguas Calientes Travel to Aguas Calientes aboard the Expedition train. On arrival, transfer to the hotel and spend the evening exploring or
relaxing in town.
8th August - Machu Picchu Visit the Machu Picchu citadel with a local guide. After the visit, take the Vistadome train back towards Cusco before continuing by
bus.
9th August - Free Day in Cusco Enjoy a free day to relax, explore Cusco or take part in the optional full day Rainbow Mountain ATV excursion.
10th August - Departure from Cusco Check out and transfer to the airport for your flight home.

- International Flights - Flights are not included in the package price. Please budget at least USD 2,200 per person for the multi city flight itinerary if flying from Nairobi: Nairobi to Rio de Janeiro to Cusco to Nairobi. Flight prices are subject to availability and may change depending on when the ticket is booked. We will guide you on the available flight options and help you select the most suitable flights based on the itinerary, travel dates and baggage requirements.
- Meals - Lunches and dinners are not included. Budget from $35 per day.
- Visa Fees - Visa fees are not included in the package price.
- For Kenyan passport holders, please budget: Brazil visa: KES 16,000 per person. Peru visa: KES 4,000 per person. Visa fees are subject to change and the applicable fees at the time of application will apply. We will guide you through the visa application process, including the required documents and how to apply.
- Optional Activities - The Rainbow Mountain ATV excursion on 9 August is optional and is not included in the package price. Any other activities not specifically listed in the itinerary are also at the traveler’s own cost.
- Personal Expenses - Shopping, personal purchases, tips and other expenses not listed in the itinerary are not included.
Payment Plan
We offer a monthly payment plan so you can spread the cost of the trip over several
months. A USD 300 deposit is required to secure your place. The payment schedule depends on the package option you choose and the date you make your booking.
If you book after the payment plan has already started, you will need to pay the USD 300 deposit together with all instalments that were already due before the month you book. For example, if you book in November, you will pay the USD 300 deposit together with all instalments that were due in September, October and November.
This brings your account up to date and secures your place on the trip. Your remaining payments will then continue according to the payment schedule from the
following month. The payment plan runs through June 2027. Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis and are subject to availability.

General
Yes, you will be guided through the visa application process. However, this is an individual process, so while we will advise you on the requirements and application process, you will be required to submit your application to the embassy in person.
We will provide you with an itinerary, hotel reservations, and reserved (not paid) flight bookings. You will also be advised on the visa requirements. You will be responsible for paying the visa application fees.
The outcome of the visa application is solely determined by the embassy, and we cannot guarantee or determine the outcome.
In the event that your visa application is refused, your deposit will not be lost. Instead, it will be transferred as travel credit towards another destination of your choice. At that point, we will recommend a visa-free destination to help you continue building your travel history and strengthening your supporting documents before applying for another Schengen visa in the future.
While we take all the precautions we can to make sure your belongings are safe, every traveller is essentially responsible for their own belongings. Therefore travel insurance is a must! We do recommend getting a luggage bag with a lock and if we could ask tour participants to never leave their personal bag/camera gear unattended and don’t flash large sums of cash when making purchases.

We carefully curate all of our tours, and because they are unique, completely custom, and bespoke experiences, we can’t guarantee future tour dates—so we recommend booking as soon as possible in order to secure your spot
Once you have put a deposit down on a specific tour date, we are unable to change you to a different date unless your tour is postponed or canceled
If there is a significant concern for the well-being and safety of our guests, we will postpone our tour dates. If you personally don’t feel comfortable traveling, but your tour isn’t canceled or postponed, you will need to submit a claim to your insurance although most insurance will need evidence that their genuine safety concern.
If a tour is postponed due to factors outside of our control such as regional conditions, safety considerations, or operational constraints; we will communicate any changes as soon as possible and outline the available next steps.
The itinerary operates according to the stated schedule. Travellers are responsible for being at designated meeting points on time. Missed activities or services due to late arrival or failure to attend are not refundable.

Our tours are made up of approximately 98% women, but everyone is welcome. We welcome travellers of all genders, nationalities, races, and backgrounds.
Our group tours have a minimum of 4 travellers and a maximum of 12 travellers. This allows us to keep the groups small, manageable, and more personal.
Yes. You do not need to come with a friend or travel companion. Many of our travellers join solo and meet the rest of the group during the trip.
Accommodation is based on twin-sharing rooms, with travellers sharing with someone of the same gender.
Solo travellers may be paired with another traveller in the group. Friends travelling together may also request to share a room with each other.
A single-room package is available upon request at an additional cost.
